As a UX Designer you will assist in the capturing, recording, and designing of various user profiles, roles, contexts, interactions, and information needs for personnel tasked with operational monitoring and management of the supply chain network. You are experienced in making designs for logistical purposes in order that we can improve our Control Tower at PostNL Parcels.
You have a keen interest and understanding of the human cognitive capabilities and capacities within a mission-control-like environment; accurately assessing the current and predicted situation states is paramount for effective decision-making in disruptions deviations. Utmost care in design must be given to operator attention, communication, and coordination costs and capacities.
You will be involved in the entire process from brainstorming of new ideas to improving existing features by doing research and usability tests. You are agile and adaptive and have adopted an always learning approach to professional development. You are comfortable working across different functional teams within a dynamic environment.
