Sales Support Specialty Retail Royal Canin BeNeLux
Location: Veghel or Sint-Stevens-Woluwe
The purpose of this job is to support the Specialty Retail Sales Manager and Key Account Managers to maximize the growth of sales, volume, numerical distribution and profitability. While also driving customer category & brand development and customer satisfaction in the Specialty Retail Pillar in the Royal Canin Benelux market. Some of the customers are Tom&Co, Aveve, Petsplace, Welkoop and Brekz.
Key responsibilities are in the areas of sales forecasting, promotional planning and customer delivery in which the Sales Support is the first point of contact for the Benelux customers. On top of this the Sales Support is the “liaison” between the Sales Department and other teams like Finance, Logistics and (Customer) Marketing. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. You can expect taking on high responsibilities to grow our business by building strong mutual relationships with our clients.

Wat ga je doen als verkoopmedewerker?
Als vestigingsmedewerker adviseer je professionele klanten, waaronder schilders, over verf- en non-paint producten. Je weet goed de behoefte van de klant te signaleren en speelt dit door naar de accountmanagers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor deze vestiging en hebt daardoor alle vrijheid om te ondernemen. Je gaat altijd voor het beste resultaat. Daarom ben je veel bezig om de verkoop te stimuleren en processen of systemen beter in te richten.

Head of Back Office Sales geeft leiding aan het sales back office team in Etten-Leur.
Hij/zij zal ook de backoffice-rol voor bepaalde klanten beheren. Head of Back Office Sales vormt de schakel tussen lokale productie en verkoop.
Verantwoordelijkheids-gebieden/kerntaken
BEWiSynbra RAW bv in Etten-Leur is onderdeel van de BEWiSynbra Group AB en heeft zich gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en productie van polystyreen en speciale schuimmaterialen door middel van suspensiepolymerisatie en extrusie. Deze producten worden als grondstoffen verkocht aan zusterbedrijven binnen de BEWiSynbra Group en aan een groeiend aantal externe klanten, die ze vervolgens verwerken tot speciale verpakkingen of tot bouw gerelateerde isolatiematerialen. Naast het (traditionele) polymerisatieproces van polystyreen wordt in Etten-Leur ook BioFoam® geproduceerd; een schuimproduct op basis van het (volledig composteerbaar) bioplastic Polylactid Acid. BEWiSynbra RAW staat niet alleen bekend om haar hoogwaardige productieprocessen, maar ook vanwege haar kracht als innovatiecentrum. Met regelmaat worden nieuwe materialen en producten ontwikkeld en succesvol naar de markt gebracht. De komende jaren zet BEWiSynbra RAW nadrukkelijk in op verdere groei, onder meer in termen van productiviteit en capaciteit.
