As a Customer Success Manager, you will deliver effective and proactive advice to our Dutch speaking customer base, build long-lasting relationships and directly influence the success of our customers. You will deliver solutions to both technical and non-technical end users and provide them with training and advocacy.

We are looking for an individual with excellent people skills, an interest in web communication, and a passion for sharing their knowledge. In addition, you have a passion for ensuring satisfaction and making customers successful in their digital presence.

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships that strengthen the partnership throughout each step of the customer lifecycle > Onboarding > Adoption > Nurture.
  • Train and advise customers with website and Siteimprove Platform related queries to increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
    Host and organize online webinars, in-person meetings, and smaller onsite customer knowledge sharing events like Siteimprove School, workshops, and user groups, if relevant.
  • Adding value in a scalable way by creating educational (video) content
  • Working closely with sales teams to coordinate and understand which customers require Siteimprove's training services as well as identifying target accounts for upsells and new opportunities for Sales.
  • Communicating the value/purpose of CS to other departments/stakeholders within Siteimprove in a constructive way when involved in cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Identify when and how to drive adoption. I.e. understand customer use of the platform and its features to address knowledge gaps and increase activities and usage.
  • Effectively nurture customers by building and maintaining good relationships and initiate contact at the right times.
  • Regularly reassess and understand their priorities/challenges with the customer and adjust how you can empower key stakeholders to succeed with Siteimprove's products.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net new logos
  • Focus on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth

There is an extensive current Lifesize landscape of video-partners that may be developed for CCaaS, but your primary task with partners is to bring in new long term partnerships.   • Develop and implement in-territory field marketing campaigns with the Lifesize marketing team

About the Sales team

The Senior Sales Manager - Agencies will directly report to the Country Manager Benelux.
What You'll Do: 

  • Generate sales to advertising/media agencies by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (decision-makers) within the advertising/media agencies environment
  • Comprehensively expand portfolio of RTB House’s new customers through cooperation with agencies
  • Participate in product and offer presentations/pitches to agencies (potentially also to  agencies’ clients)
  • Analyse sales statistics and formulate sales strategies for different products to determine and achieve desired growth 
Desired Skills and Experience: 
  • Substantial and demonstrable experience in digital marketing with specific knowledge of advertising/media agencies business model
  • Ideally 5+ years of successful sales experience
  • Previous experience in dealing with agencies directly (e.g. from a vendor’s side)
  • Alternatively - experience in negotiations with agencies’ vendors from the agency side
  • Exceptional knowledge of the agencies products’ portfolio and an established network among agencies’ professionals
  • Proven track record working with the major brands on the agency side or with major advertising/media agencies directly
  • Negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an organization
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with an ability to deliver in a time-sensitive manner
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and performance marketing including major recent trends; knowledge of RTB model will be an asset
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Position Summary
The position resides within our International Sales Team which is not only the leading sales organization within our global market place but also one of the fastest growing, innovative and dynamic organizations within Schneider Electric Group. The International Sales Manager will work within this environment selling to both large and multinational organizations headquartered in the Netherlands.
 

The role will operate along-side our team of sales and pre-sales specialists working across our EMEA, APAC & Americas divisions.

 

Successful candidates will be expected to hold C level engagements within these target organizations, focused on building solutions within the domains of sustainability, energy supply and energy demand. Successful candidates are not only required to possess strong prospecting, hunting and nurturing capabilities but must also have a strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

Position Responsibilities:

 

As an International Sales Manager for ESS EMEA, your key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Strong ability to hunt and self-generate business leads and opportunities;
  • Must have strong “closing” skills;
  • Meeting and exceeding annual and quarterly targets;
  • Identifying and creating new opportunities within the Netherlands incl. specific segments with the region;
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and our global services and software portfolio;
  • Based on this understanding, they will recognize and articulate appropriate approaches to address gaps and enhance and communicate strengths in a way that meets customer needs and differentiates us from the competition;
  • Become a key contributor to assist in tailoring the global portfolio to address the needs of the market;
  • Be a dynamic leader in order to lead both our customers and others within the organization;
  • Collaborate with multiple sales teams in order to execute and orchestrate customer solutions;
  • Collaborate and interact with other multi-national marketing and sales teams and departments within Schneider Electric;
  • Be prepared to undertake significant national and international travel within a challenging environment.

Essential skills, qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ sales experience, with a track record of delivering sales in a consultative environment;
  • A completed Bachelor or Master Business/Technical degree (ideally in the specialism of energy);
  • Experience in consultative selling and services industry (procurement services and/or energy supply a plus);
  • Strong proven track record of being successful in “autonomously” prospecting/hunting;
  • Nurturing experience, demonstrating a track record of consistently achieving sales targets in a high pressure environment;
  • Fluent in Dutch & English, other languages are an advantage. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office environment, CRM systems (salesforce.com or equivalent);
  • Personal qualities such as: self-driven, autonomous, influential, reliable, direct, curious and creative;
  • Location: Netherlands.

What will you be doing as a Sales Support Manager in Mobiquity?
The Sales Support Manager will manage the proposal process with the relevant service/product/business knowledge required to prepare a winning bid, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process together with sales and delivery. The Sales Support Manager is typically responsible for managing an opportunity from qualification through to contract award, including value proposition/strategy development, solution development, commercial considerations, partner identification, and risk management. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. It will require strong people management and commercial skills.
Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary bid procedures, governance, and processes.

What does it take to excel in this role?

  • Min 8 years of work experience in sales
  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Expert in (process) opportunity management (internal)
  • Experience in project/resource contract renewals/extensions  
  • Strong Alliance Management
  • Knowledge of (project) governance, pricing models, and actual legal topics (Consultancy/Output-based projects)
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)

As a Customer Success Manager, you will deliver effective and proactive advice to our Dutch speaking customer base, build long-lasting relationships and directly influence the success of our customers. You will deliver solutions to both technical and non-technical end users and provide them with training and advocacy.

We are looking for an individual with excellent people skills, an interest in web communication, and a passion for sharing their knowledge. In addition, you have a passion for ensuring satisfaction and making customers successful in their digital presence.

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships that strengthen the partnership throughout each step of the customer lifecycle > Onboarding > Adoption > Nurture.
  • Train and advise customers with website and Siteimprove Platform related queries to increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
    Host and organize online webinars, in-person meetings, and smaller onsite customer knowledge sharing events like Siteimprove School, workshops, and user groups, if relevant.
  • Adding value in a scalable way by creating educational (video) content
  • Working closely with sales teams to coordinate and understand which customers require Siteimprove's training services as well as identifying target accounts for upsells and new opportunities for Sales.
  • Communicating the value/purpose of CS to other departments/stakeholders within Siteimprove in a constructive way when involved in cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Identify when and how to drive adoption. I.e. understand customer use of the platform and its features to address knowledge gaps and increase activities and usage.
  • Effectively nurture customers by building and maintaining good relationships and initiate contact at the right times.
  • Regularly reassess and understand their priorities/challenges with the customer and adjust how you can empower key stakeholders to succeed with Siteimprove's products.

What We Require of You

  • Highly organized and articulate

  • About 3 years of experience in a consultative customer facing role in a SaaS related environment
