Hoe ziet jouw functie eruit?
Als Lead Designer maak je onderdeel uit van de afdeling Mechanical Engineering. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van specificaties van mechanische systemen of producten die we voor en in samenspraak met onze klanten ontwikkelen en produceren. Jij verzorgt de review met de klant en vervult een intermediairrol tussen de klant, toeleverancier en afdeling. Door het stellen van de juiste vragen op mechanisch gebied krijg je de klantwensen boven tafel zodat we een oplossing kunnen bieden die maximaal aansluit bij de klantbehoefte. Je bent in staat om naast je eigen werk ook een aantal junioren aan te sturen en hen de kneepjes van het vak te leren. Wat vragen we van jou?
Allereerst ben communicatief en sociaalvaardig. Je weet zowel met je klant, collega's en leveranciers goede contacten te onderhouden en weet wat er speelt bij de verschillende partijen. Je bent in staat om in teamverband te werken, maar ook zelfstandig kun je je functie prima vervullen. Het spreekt voor zich dat je netjes en accuraat bent in je werk en dat je ontwerpen zo optimaal mogelijk en nauwkeurig gemaakt zijn. Verder vragen we:
  • Een afgeronde HBO-/WO-opleiding in de richting van werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica of vergelijkbaar;
  • 5 tot 10 jaar relevante werkervaring als bijvoorbeeld mechanisch ontwerper, engineer, constructeur of product development engineer;
  • Leidinggevende ervaring is een pre;
  • Kennis op het gebied van spuitgiet- en diecast ontwerp technieken;
  • Kennis van shielding, afdichting en robuustheid van producten toepasbaar in relatief extreme situaties;
  • Ervaring met NX of een ander 3D ontwerppakket;

This assignment is for an Electrical Engineer (electronic system of opto-mechatronic products) responsible for work in the development of new customer specific products.  This person will be a member of core electronics design team. Responsibilities

 

Product Development:

  • Develop innovative and creative electrical system design solutions for lighting products which results in a competitive advantage for the company
  • Test, analyze and package LED light solutions from concept or detailed specifications
  • Assemble electrical and electronic systems and prototypes according to design engineering or customer input based on knowledge of electrical principles
  • Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical instruments and testing equipment
  • Develop and maintain test plans for the electronic components projects

 

Current Product Improvement:

  • Review current product and manufacturing processes for opportunities to improve cost, performance, reliability and manufacturability
  • Develop technical documentation including component selection, schematics, Gerber files, etc. for contract manufacturers.
  • Analyze and interpret test information to resolve technical issues in current applications.

Research & Development of New Technologies:

  • Research and present new technologies that will allow the company to stay on the leading edge of lighting system technology
  • Develop, demonstrate and present new lighting solutions for the commercial vehicle industry including interior general illumination, task lighting, accent lighting, backlighting and exterior lighting
  • Fully understand the characteristics and measurement techniques of LED products
  • Develop design guidelines and tools to support customers designing LED’s into their lighting systems
  • Conduct optical analysis for various LED-based lighting system

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in designing electrical systems and solutions with LED sources or automotive lighting
  • 3+ years experience design and development of board level electronics circuit design (analog and digital), schematics, component selection and manufacturing.
  • Expert skills in client interaction and design support of LED applications
  • Analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Knowledge of Altium, LTspice, Atmel Studio or similar software
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to design and implement technical documents for project specifications, proposals, cost analysis
  • Good presentation skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex designs to other functional groups.

What are you going to do?

This position reports into the Process Engineering group under Final Product Technologies. The position will support global supply, new product introductions, partnerships/acquisitions and devices.

This position utilizes physics, engineering and chemistry principles coupled with advanced and diverse materials science understanding and principles to assist in the evaluation, design, qualification and implementation of packaging components and the associated systems such as documentation, equipment and processes.

A strong knowledge of common materials utilized in pharmaceutical packaging is required. Key Material knowledge requirements of the structural components and chemical properties of glass, polymers, adhesives, inks, varnishes and paper is required. Understanding of packaging manufacturing equipment and processes and how materials interact with these is essential to the position.

This role requires entry level management, excellent organizational, project management, technical problem solving and communication (written and verbal) skills, and the ability to work in teams and adapt to rapidly changing environment.

As a specialist you are responsible and accountable for the following:

- Evaluation, recommendation and selection of new packaging materials for both large and small molecules product.

- Supports complex investigations relating to materials, recommending and implementing solutions

- Write test protocols, perform technical evaluations and submitting technical

assessment reports to justify the use of selected materials.

- Write Technical Specifications

- Representing Final Product Technologies as required

- Technology transfer from clinical to commercial or from site to site for packaging components and equipment processes

What are you going to do as an Electro Mechanical Designer?
As an Electro Mechanical Designer you find it a challenge to be at the beginning of the design of electro-technical / electro-mechanical modules / machines for our clients. You will be part of the Electromechanics team within the Design & Engineering department and participate in an internal project team. This means that you are the link between the project leader, architect and other team members. Together with about 35 fellow designers, you are responsible for the electromechanical part of the solution that we produce for and in consultation with our clients. What do we ask of you as an Electro Mechanical Designer?
First of all, you are communicative and sociable. You know how to maintain good contacts with your customer, colleagues and suppliers and you know what is going on with the various parties. You have a broad interest in technology and have knowledge of electronics, mechatronics and production techniques. It goes without saying that you keep up to date with the developments in your field and apply this knowledge adequately when advising customers. You are solution-oriented and able to work both as a team and independently. It goes without saying that you are neat and accurate in your work and that your production designs are made as optimally as possible.
Furthermore, you bring:
  • an Higher/Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics;
  • good knowledge and experience with MS Office Word and Excel;
  • experience with Siemens NX or another 3D design package is an advantage;
  • good communication and writing skills in Dutch and English;
  • willingness to do your work on location at the customer;
  • available fulltime.

We are looking for the colleague in the new position as Client Care Representative for the support in the Amazon Channel regarding order management. The products of the company are sold in a wide range of European countries via Retailers and Online (owned Webshop, E-commerce channels like Amazon and via their partner retail webshops). You will work in a modern and nature based office, part of the Client care department. This department is divided in sub teams regarding area or specialization. You will be part of the Online team, a modern and ambitious team with specialization Amazon channel.
  • Responsible for the Client Care process in the Amazon platform.
  • Client and Order management process, service up till sending invoices and credit nota's;
