About the role
The Communications Team is responsible to 1) ensure visibility and increase the brand awareness of Circle Economy to a global relevant audience of businesses and governments on city and national levels and 2) ensure that relevant, inspirational, and engaging knowledge and information is distributed and contributes to accelerating the global adoption of the circular economy.
Within the Communications Team, you are responsible to support the development of inspirational and engaging content advocating the circular economy. You understand the power of digital communications and the importance of making research more accessible to facilitate knowledge-sharing. You are able to effectively translate complex ideas into engaging and attractive digital content, from short social media videos to audio tidbits and infographics.
You will report to the Communications Manager, work closely with the Communications and Design teams as well as our internal Business Units to transform learnings and knowledge into highly engaging and inspirational visual content for all our channels.

You are an energetic self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and are a great team player. You can make decisions independently while at the same time ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders. You are an expert on digital communications and love to stay on top of recent developments and innovation within your field and have an interest and passion for the circular economy or the field of sustainability. Stichting 113 Zelfmoordpreventie is de nationale organisatie voor suïcidepreventie. Met als missie een land waarin niemand eenzaam en radeloos overlijdt door zelfmoord. Jaarlijks kunnen suïcides voorkomen worden wanneer zelfmoord beter bespreekbaar is en we samenwerken om suïcides te voorkomen.
113 Zelfmoordpreventie is niet alleen een onafhankelijke uitvoerder van anonieme 7x24 uurs telefonische- en online hulp en therapie, maar ook een aanjager en verbindend kennisplatform van suïcidepreventie in de samenleving. We werken samen met tal van sectoren binnen en buiten de zorg, nationaal en internationaal. We richten ons ook op het brede publiek: alleen samen kunnen we suïcides en suïcide pogingen voorkomen. We zijn initiatiefnemer en coördinator van de Landelijke Agenda Suïcidepreventie van het ministerie van VWS. Door wetenschappelijk onderzoek op effectiviteit en bereik van suïcidepreventie ontwikkelen we samen met onze partners innovatieve landelijke projecten binnen en buiten de zorg en in de hele maatschappij.

De functie
Als Manager Marketing en Communicatie vertaal je onze strategie (1+1=3) naar een succesvolle en aansprekende marketing- en communicatie aanpak. Je weet als geen ander abstracte informatie om te vormen tot toegankelijk materie en kan dit op een heldere manier overbrengen. Dit vraagt om continue analyse en ontwikkeling van effectieve marketingcommunicatie strategieën en producten, zowel offline als online, veilige en adequate berichtgeving in de media en om slimme (online) publiekscampagnes en events.
Met jouw ervaring, energie en kennis motiveer en inspireer je onze organisatie om te groeien als professionele organisatie en in te spelen op kansen die zich voordoen in de maatschappij, je bent niet bang om beslissingen te nemen, het moeilijke gesprek aan te gaan en stimuleert verbinding met elkaar, andere afdelingen, andere stakeholders én de maatschappij.
Samen met je team ontwikkel je initiatieven op het gebied van communicatie marketing en fondsenwerving. Je zorgt hierin voor concrete resultaten.
Ook door je ervaring met woordvoerderschap en crisiscommunicatie beweeg je optimaal in de dynamische wereld van de (geestelijke) gezondheidszorg en journalistiek.
