Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? 

Als fulltime business development manager bij Jobbird in Hoofddorp bel jij nieuwe potentiële klanten. Je stelt veel vragen, waardoor je snel je vinger op het probleem kunt leggen en een passende oplossing kunt presenteren. Je laat de klant inzien dat een vacature plaatsen op Jobbird écht de beste keuze is en denkt daarin mee met de exacte behoefte van de klant. Main Tasks & Responsibility

To grow the company’s business with specified strategic target end-user customers by increasing billings and overall profitability. 
  • Continuously seek opportunities to develop new Robotics business, within nominated markets (mainly F&B, IT and Automotive).
  • Find, establish, develop & keep (new) direct/indirect customers.
  • Establish a strong network of loyal Technical Added Value Robotics resellers (TAV partners)
  • Ensure full monetization of all service-related aspects of Robotics technology (both services, leasing/rental and training)

  • Ensure visibility by qualitative visits (target to be decided)

Je werkt nauw samen met klanten om de gezamenlijke doelstellingen te behalen en onze hardware merken zo goed mogelijk te presenteren en te laten renderen. Functie-eisen De Business Development manager die wij zoeken is proactief, sociaal, werkt graag samen met onze klanten en collega’s en is altijd op zoek naar nieuwe kansen en mogelijkheden. Je rapporteert aan de Sales Director maar bent zélf verantwoordelijk om de bepaalde strategie tot uitvoering te brengen. Je doet er alles aan om targets en doelstellingen te behalen en kunt daarbij vertrouwen op de support vanuit het finance, marketing en sales team. Je bent gedreven, neemt zelf het initiatief en durft groot te denken. Je geeft niet op en rust pas als je doel is bereikt, daarbij deins je er niet voor terug om een beroep te doen op je creativiteit. Onze nieuwe collega woont bij voorkeur in Nederland, beschikt over een HBO/WO opleiding in een commerciële richting. Beheersing van de franse taal is niet noodzakelijk maar zien wij wel als een pre. Ook ervaring binnen de sector en Belgische markt is een pré maar geen vereiste.
