What will you be doing?
You will be involved in our client’s digital transformation programs during requirements definition, project design, scoping, delivery, and integration. As an enterprise architect, you contribute to the success of the project by aligning with the client’s business and IT architecture. You are involved in shaping our commercial proposals during the pre-sales phase as well.
As such, you:

  • Define enterprise-wide architectural processes, policies, and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, selecting and adapting the proper architectural methods, governance, and technical standards necessary to realize a strategic landscape of IT systems.
  • Produce solutions that support the client's future operating model or business capabilities.
  • Communicate the impact and effects of proposed solutions to client and team at a strategic, operational, and technical level.
  • Assist the Agile Program Management to identify and design development value streams.
  • Work with organizational leadership to establish a high-performance engineering culture. Identifies and helps to resolve obstacles across organizational boundaries.
  • Inspire others and convey the technological vision of an organization to large groups and you are seen as an executive consultant in an organization and/or domain.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Mobiquity and the client's executive leadership.
  • Show thought leadership within Mobiquity as well as in our client’s organizations.
  • Analyze and define roles and responsibilities that align talent to the enterprise vision and identify knowledge gaps.

Travel
We generally work from our office in Amsterdam or from our client’s offices in the Netherlands. We have an international client base, so occasional international travel is required. During the COVID-19 outbreak, we are following the RIVM guidelines. This has resulted in a temporary requirement to work from home and the cancellation of international travel.
What it takes to excel in this role

  • 10 years of experience in IT, of which 5 years in solution or enterprise architecture
  • Experienced consultant and strategic thinker
  • Proven skills in senior stakeholder management, communication, presentation, negotiation, leadership, and coaching
  • Able to define strategies and achieve buy-in from stakeholders across all levels
  • Knowledge of architecture frameworks and methods such as Togaf, C4, and UML as well as cloud adoption frameworks
  • Deep understanding of common architecture principles
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-scale IT programs
  • Practical experience with public cloud and software engineering projects

About the Job:


We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our team, located in Europe to cover the Europe-MiddleEast-Africa markets. Based preferably in Benelux, working remotely from Germany or France is also possible (for the right candidate).

Role

The Customer Outcomes Platform Architect is a technical advisory role, responsible for helping our customers establish a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that drive business outcomes.  This entails establishing and supporting best practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations and the overall technical health of the platform.  This is a highly consultative role that does not perform configuration on the platform, but guides partner and customer resources to deliver best practices.  This role interfaces with the customer across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects and development teams during the selling, structuring and implementation of solutions.

What will you be doing?
As a Digital Strategy Consultant, you will be involved in our client’s digital transformation programs during requirements definition, project design, scoping, delivery, and integration. You're primarily focused on scoping the right problems and designing the right approach.
More in detail:

  • In account teams, the Strategy Consultant works with the Delivery Director, Solution Architect, and an Account Executive to jointly understand the client's needs and design the right program approach and solution.
  • In innovation workshops, the Strategy Consultant typically teams up with an Experience Designer to lead the workshops together.
  • In implementation projects, the Strategy Consultant can take many different roles due to his/her flexibility, i.e., strategy consultant, program director, delivery director, product owner, etc

Travel
We generally work from our office in Amsterdam or from our client’s offices in the Netherlands. We have an international client base, so occasional international travel is required. During the COVID-19 outbreak, we are following the RIVM guidelines. This has resulted in a temporary requirement to work from home and the cancellation of international travel.
What it takes to excel in this role

  • 5-10 years of experience in Digital/IT consulting, in relevant technical environments, e.g., Mobile, Cloud, etc. - manage C-level stakeholders
  • Masters degree in beta studies (computer science, math, econometrics, Delft, etc)
  • Good conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have

  • Experience in strategy consulting
  • Experience in Digital, Design Thinking, Customer Experience, Product Strategy, Software Development, etc.
  • Experience in different industries, e.g., Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Telco, Energy, Insurance

Project Description:

 

SoftwareONE AG (SWO) and RIB software SE will jointly launch a pioneer project which will offer a world leading vertical cloud solution for the architecture, engineering and construction sector by introducing and scaling the RIB MTWO cloud solution to 60 countries by the end of 2023.  

The partnership represents a commitment to jointly fuel technological innovation for the benefit of customers in the AEC industry. Through which, SoftwareONE will leverage its global market presence and expertise to bring to market RIB software’s MTWO solution globally.  

 

To successfully launch the collaboration, SoftwareONE will build up capabilities within sales, marketing and services, including over 50 sales people over the coming months. In addition to SaaS sales, SoftwareONE will be able to help customers with cloud migrations and provide related managed services, further expanding its solutions & services offering. 

 

MTWO is a world-class end-to-end 5d BIM construction cloud management solution that connects all project contributors along with their processes and data – all on one platform.   • Develop and manage a team of consultants as well as the customer experience from sales to execution.  
  • Provide guidance during difficult situations and when deadlines are missed.

  • Willing to bring in a new transformative technology to the construction industry.  
  • Confident and professional presentation skills.

  • With experience in presale process to work closely with business team is preferable.

What will you be doing?
You will be involved in our client’s digital transformation programs during requirements definition, project design, scoping, delivery, and integration. As an enterprise architect, you contribute to the success of the project by aligning with the client’s business and IT architecture. You are involved in shaping our commercial proposals during the pre-sales phase as well.

As such, you:

  • Define enterprise-wide architectural processes, policies, and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, selecting and adapting the proper architectural methods, governance, and technical standards necessary to realize a strategic landscape of IT systems.
  • Produce solutions that support the client's future operating model or business capabilities.
