The role provides oversight of the preparation of the ITB package and management of the bidding process through award and continues in a lead role once an EPC firm is selected by administering and coordinating all project activities.

What you’ll be doing:
The Commercial Manager will lead a variety of business functions representing TTEC’s Dutch entities. As such, the Commercial Manager’s duties and responsibilities will vary widely depending on the needs of the business but will include:
Treasury
• Support select cash management functions for the Dutch entities and foreign subsidiaries
• Responsibilities will include cash reporting and forecasting, investing oversight, transaction processing, research, and bank documentation
• Liaison among A/P, payroll, accounting, and international finance organizations to support the business
Contract Management – local execution and maintenance
• Provide contract review, drafting, and negotiation support for TTEC’s business process outsourcing, technology and consulting businesses
• Support the Dutch business acquisition and delivery process from NDAs and RFPs through master services agreements and scope of work definition, to change management
• Work in partnership with sales and operations teams to close business engagements
Sourcing
• Provide support for the sourcing team’s internal customers, addressing the sourcing needs of Dutch business partners
• Act as the key contact in the region for all sourcing related matters
• Manage an evaluation process to assess supplier capabilities, financial stability, and on-going performance
Consolidations accounting
• Perform various accounting projects as assigned
• Hyperion, Oracle, GL accounting experience
• Understanding of Dutch local GAAP, IFRS and the differences between them
• Conceptual understanding of intercompany arrangements
• Provide statutory Audit support and coordination with corporate team for European subsidiaries
Other requirements
• Member of Dutch Board of Directors
• Dutch residency required
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with Corporate and other foreign offices across multiple time zones
What skills you’ll need:
• Degree from an accredited university in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
• 5 years’ professional experience managing business operations
• Experience within a global company with multi-national operations
• Dutch citizenship
• Experience with an enterprise level ERP platform required, specific experience with Oracle preferred

Als Regional Revenue Analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor de prijsbepalingen en bezettingsgraden van onze parken.
Als regional revenue analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en optimaliseren van de omzetten en bezettingsgraden op onze parken door middel van dynamic pricing.
Je komt te werken op de afdeling Revenue Management. De afdeling Revenue Management draagt de verantwoordelijkheid over de prijsstrategie en daaruit voortkomende verhuuromzetten van alle vakantieparken binnen de Roompot Group, dit zijn er in totaal zo'n 150. Van Friesland tot aan Limburg en van kampeerplaatsen tot aan luxueuze villa’s.
Als regional revenue analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het revenue- en pricingbeleid van een cluster parken, gelegen in een bepaalde regio. Je vertaalt boekingsdata naar effectieve marktbewerkingsstrategieën. Je doorziet trends en patronen in grote hoeveelheden aan boekingsdata. In samenwerking met jouw directe collega’s draag je zorg voor de implementatie van de juiste pricing strategie. Met als uiteindelijk doel; het optimaliseren van de verhuuromzetten en bezettingsgraden op onze vakantieparken. Je maakt hierbij gebruik van een combinatie van forecasting methodieken en voegt daar marktkennis aan toe.
Daarnaast deel je als regional revenue analyst in projectvorm mee aan diverse commerciële onderwerpen en adviseer je vanuit je eigen expertise. Je begrijpt de dynamiek van vraag en aanbod en vertaalt deze naar kansen. Je bent kritisch op resultaat en hebt kennis van gedrag van klanten, concurrenten en trends. Adviseren gaat jouw net zo gemakkelijk af als analyseren en beslissingen neem je graag onderbouwd.
