Dit ga je doen
Als projectmedewerker draag je zorg voor het verder invullen, uitwerken en implementeren van een project om de digitale weerbaarheid van de KNAW te verhogen. De maatregelen zijn onder meer structureel maken van auditing en monitoring, bijvoorbeeld ook het invoeren van MFA en encryptie.

ARBEIDSVOORWAARDEN
Wat je krijgt
Een uitdagende functie voor 38 uur per week voor een periode van 14 maanden. Afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring bedraagt het salaris bij een fulltime dienstverband maximaal € 4.402,00 bruto per maand (schaal 10 CAO Nederlandse Universiteiten/KNAW), exclusief 8% vakantiegeld en 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering. Er is een uitgebreid pakket secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden met een aantrekkelijke verlofregeling (232 verlofuren bij een fulltime dienstverband).

AFDELING
ICT Services
De afdeling ICT Services is verantwoordelijk voor de ICT-dienstverlening aan het Bureau en enkele instituten. De afdeling telt ongeveer 25 medewerkers, verdeeld over twee secties: Front Office, Back Office en een ondersteunend supportteam. De afdeling beheert de technische infrastructuur voor de KNAW en haar instituten en is een Shared Service Center voor een aantal instituten van de KNAW. ICT Services is onderdeel van het Bureau waar zo’n 130 mensen werken. Het Bureau van de KNAW staat leden, bestuur, instituten en directie bij in de uitoefening van hun taken.

Jouw uitdaging als Facility Coördinator
Als facility coördinator bij Aalberts integrated piping systems ben je verantwoordelijk voor facility in de breedste zin van het woord. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het meerjarenplan op het gebied van facility wordt uitgevoerd. Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers aan wie wij onderhoudszaken als luchtbehandeling, verwarming en elektra hebben uitbesteed en facilitaire zaken als beveiliging, schoonmaak, brandbeveiliging en afvalbeheer. De aanschaf van kantoormeubelen en het inrichten van kantoren verlopen volgens de arborichtlijnen. Dit geldt ook voor het afhandelen en oplossen van storingen en klachten met betrekking tot de gebouwen en het terrein.
Naast jouw coördinerende rol werk je veel samen met de afdeling Inkoop. Bijvoorbeeld bij het aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes voor onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de kantoren en het terrein, maar ook op het gebied van goederen en diensten.
- verbetervoorstellen maken ter verbetering van de facilitaire dienstverlening;
- het doen van kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan het gebouw en kantoor;
- het onderhouden van contact met stakeholders binnen de organisatie;
- werkplekbeheer en niet geheel onbelangrijk: het borgen van veiligheid en milieuaspecten.
De facility coördinator die wij zoeken is een geboren organisator en pragmatisch ingesteld. Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring opgedaan in een vergelijkbare rol. Bij voorkeur als facility coördinator binnen de industrie, bouw of installatietechniek. Je weet prioriteiten te stellen, staat stevig in je schoenen en je bent flexibel. Uiteraard kun je goed samenwerken en snel schakelen!
Verder vragen we:
- minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van Facility Management of vergelijkbaar;
- dat je ervaring hebt opgedaan in verschillende omgevingen (een absolute pre);

Description
The Information Security Officer challenges the Director Legal & Compliance in handling the information security and data protection matters in the bank and strives for best feasible information security & data protection standards/measures in the bank. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cybersecurity, system monitoring and analysis, and developing/automating creative solutions. As a Security Engineer you will be expected to be skilled at identifying security gaps in infrastructure and process, effectively execute projects/initiatives to address them, demonstrate excellent judgment, prioritization and communication of technical security risks, and act as a security liaison supporting business units.
Key Responsibilities may include:
+ Clearly and logically communicate and build support for your ideas,
+ Response and analysis of security issues created by automatic systems and people,
+ Troubleshoot technical issues within complex systems,
+ Proactively identify gaps, risks and issues and suggest possible solutions,
+ Operate our key security tools and constantly tune and build automated response playbooks,
+ Define security configurations for endpoint, network, e-mail security, etc.,
+ Design automated workflows to streamline security operations,
+ Analyzes and estimates feasibility, costs, time, and work effort needed to design and implement moderately complex technical solutions,
+ Monitor and proactively manage products and services to assure their performance, availability, security, and capacity,
+ Research, analyze and formulate recommendations regarding technologies, products, and solutions to fulfill requirements within the enterprise,
+ Act as a consultant on special projects for multiple teams,
+ Provide coaching and guidance to more junior staff,
+ Evaluate and propose best practices/standards, process improvements, and security policy to provide the highest levels of availability, security and data privacy.
Requirements
+ Able to take ownership of tasks and see through completion,

+ Understanding of various security technologies including AV, network security, e-mail security, SIEM, etc.,

+ Practical knowledge of basic networking protocols (TCP/IP stack – reading pcaps),
+ Experience with Microsoft Windows or Linux or MacOS Operating Systems on a command line level,
+ Experience with one or more programming or scripting language such as Python, VBScript, Perl, TCL or others,
Not essential but a plus:
+ BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems,

Description
Purpose of the function
The Senior Security Administrator/Engineer performs the project task as well as business as usual (BAU) tasks regarding IT and Cyber security, such as vulnerability management, technical administration, and new implementations of IT security systems such as identity and access management tool, SIEM tool and security hardening of Active Directory and MBE's server farm. The Senior Security Administrator investigates and provides solutions for complex security alerts and incidents, acts as a Security Architect, and ensures appropriate functioning of MBE's security systems and applications.
Function positioning
Within MBE, the Systems Division supports IT structures with regard to IT applications, infrastructure, and hardware. IT Security team is one of the four units running under the Systems Division such as IT Planning, IT Delivery, IT Services, and IT Security.
The Senior Security Administrator/Engineer reports to the CISO / Head of IT Security, who reports to Head of IT, who reports to the Managing Director MBE, responsible for Operations & Systems Divisions or in his/her absence the Management Board.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network traffic for unusual activity.
- Perform IT security scanning (SIEM: Splunk, vulnerability scanning: Qualis) across all network segments.
- Investigate security alerts and provide incident response.
- Maintain and further improve/strengthen security tools such as firewalls, anti-virus software, patch management systems, SIEM tool etc.
- Comply with policies and procedures such as network security policies, application security, access control and corporate data safeguards.
- Provide (technical) advice and guidance on security matters, provide expertise on security hardening for servers, clients and applications.
- Provide security architect view and involve into projects, which require security controls to be implemented as part of the project.
- Perform other duties as may be required in relation with IT Security activities.
- Support IT audits and provide expertise, hands-on work and recommendations for risk mitigation and remediation.
- Documentation of relevant policies and procedures.
Consultation and others
- Closely work together with other IT (security) staff and with the business, especially during the investigation of security incidents.
- Participate in internal consultation platforms (either on an ad hoc or permanent basis) regarding IT Security
- The execution of the function will be according to the policies of the MUFG group in collaboration with EMEA Head Office in London and Head Office in Tokyo.

Knowledge
- The function requires an intellectual and working background at a bachelor/ higher professional education (HBO) level in Computer science and/or IT Security. Practical experience and knowledge in implementing a security operation center, global standards such as COBIT, ITIL, FFIEC and SOX and ability to perform security assessments and review/monitor relevant controls are preferred.
- At least 5 years of work experience in IT security, Cyber security, IT audit roles, and IT risk management roles within finance industry.
- Microsoft Active Directory administration and MS server variations security parameters knowledge strongly required.
- Preferably completed at least one of the CISSP, CRISC, CISM or CISA certificate programmes or engaged in the process
- The function also requires knowledge and understanding/experience of/with the bank's business, policies, rules and guidelines.

Als Security specialist maak je deel uit van een gedreven club professionals. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor accreditatie, risicoanalyses van ontworpen IT projecten.
