Omschrijving
In de rol als Assistent Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

Description
The Finance Manager Joint Ventures has a central in the matrix organization, working from the Holding office location in Breda, strongly cooperating with the group and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the contacts between the business and external service provider for the accounting
  • Ensure accuracy, quality and efficiency of the reporting production with the support of external and/or internal accountants

Key Responsibilities
•    Act as Governance & Control Lead for the cluster
o    Drive the Internal Control Excellence (ICE) process for the cluster and coordinate and secure all actions needed to control and mitigate any ICE gaps.
o    Drives and secures the Internal Audits follow-up and implement the management action plan.
o    Conduct Internal Control Excellence (ICE) engagement sessions with all internal stakeholders.
o    Internally lead the appropriate updating & validation of all ICE descriptions and documentation by all control owners.
o    Preforms the annual A08 governance cluster self-assessment. 

 

•    Act as Continues Improvement Lead within the Financial Operations Benelux team
o    Manage continuous improvement projects within Financial Operations
o    Lead the Financial Operations Excellence by performing AR/AP Balance Controlling and AP/AR reporting to the Financial Controller
o    Making recommendations for streamlining processes by highlighting opportunities for improvements

The jobholder needs to influence without authority to secure high levels of compliance and drives change.

Deze functie past het beste als je enige ervaring hebt omtrent (algemene) boekhouding/controlling
  • Je bezit een Hbo/Wo opleiding in financiële richting (finance & control, finance, accountancy)
  • Je hebt 3-5 jaar ervaring in een financiële functie (ervaring als Assitent Accountant is een pré)
  • Je wenst te werken in een snelgroeiende en ondernemende organisatie
  • Je bent accuraat, analytisch en een team player pur sang
  • Je neemt initiatief, hebt doorzettingsvermogen en bent communicatief vaardig
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
  • Je bent 32-40uur per week beschikbaar
