Wat ga je doen?

Over jou
  • Afgeronde WO opleiding in de richting Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of Finance;
  • 0 tot 2 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van (corporate) finance, accounting of control;
  • Kennis van en interesse in corporate management rapportages, business en met Bi-tooling.

Je rapporteert aan de Senior Manager EU Tax & Controlling. De afdeling Finance & Accounting bestaat uit 10 personen.

In deze rol ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Maandafsluiting en rapportagecoördinatie
  • Kwartaalafsluiting (inclusief Tax accounting) en rapportagecoördinatie (HQ – Japan)
  • Analytische review van financiële cijfers van de EU Sales Groep
  • Afstemming m.b.t. rapportages, analyses etc. met zowel de afdelingen Accounting en Business Planning als met de verschillende Business units en werkmaatschappijen
  • Verzorgen van ad-hoc financiële analyses en management rapportages

  • De voorbereiding / het opstellen van de statutaire jaarrekeningen van de operationele en holding entiteiten

Functie-eisen

Opleiding en werkervaring:

  • Een relevant afgeronde HBO- of universitaire opleiding

Als finance professional sta je aan de start van een nieuwe stap in je carrière. Deze functie biedt een uitstekende mogelijkheid om je skills op diverse finance topics (business analyst en financial/business control) verder te ontwikkelen waarbij je tevens het brede portfolio van de bedrijven binnen de groep leert kennen. Een diverse finance rol als business analist, waarin je verschillende facetten van finance leert kennen en jezelf breder ontwikkelt.

Wat ga je doen?

Je krijgt zowel analyst als aan financial/business control gelieerde verantwoordelijkheden, waarbij je gecoacht zal worden door de Portfolio Corporate Controller als de CFO. Denk hierbij aan de verantwoordelijkheid het opstellen van het boardpack, en de bijbehorende (periodieke) management rapportages voor de Group CEO/CFO. Ook draag je zorg voor delen van de financiële administratie van de holding en het proces rondom de management fee recharges richting de business units.

Het creëren van financial insights door middel van benchmark analyses. Maar ook aan adhoc business analyses ten behoeve van management besluiten. Daarnaast word je verantwoordelijk voor de IRR rapportages van de groep, waarmee we het rendement van onze acquisities monitoren.

De organisatie is afgelopen jaar gestart met het gebruikmaken van PowerBi. Op het gebied van automatiseren van rapportages in PowerBi tooling en het creëren van Smart Dashboards valt nog veel te winnen. Ga jij deze uitdaging aan?

Over jou
  • Afgeronde WO opleiding in de richting Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of Finance;
  • 0 tot 2 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van (corporate) finance, accounting of control;
  • Kennis van en interesse in corporate management rapportages, business en met Bi-tooling.
