What are you going to do as an Electro Mechanical Designer?
As an Electro Mechanical Designer you find it a challenge to be at the beginning of the design of electro-technical / electro-mechanical modules / machines for our clients. You will be part of the Electromechanics team within the Design & Engineering department and participate in an internal project team. This means that you are the link between the project leader, architect and other team members. Together with about 35 fellow designers, you are responsible for the electromechanical part of the solution that we produce for and in consultation with our clients. You communicate with the customers in the context of assignments and are regularly work at the site of our customer. By asking the right questions you will get the customer's wishes to the surface so that we can produce a solution that meets the customer's needs as closely as possible. Questions such as which materials are to be used and which production techniques are to be used are matters that are dealt with on a daily basis. In this position you will also work together with the Mechanical and Embedded System team.
Your tasks also include the following:
  • drawing and reviewing module specifications together with the customer;
  • converting the data supplied by the external or internal client into 3D models and production designs;
  • independently designing, implementing, testing and documenting hardware (electro-technical / electro-mechanical) using state-of-the-art methods;

What do we ask of you as an Electro Mechanical Designer?
First of all, you are communicative and sociable. You know how to maintain good contacts with your customer, colleagues and suppliers and you know what is going on with the various parties. You have a broad interest in technology and have knowledge of electronics, mechatronics and production techniques. It goes without saying that you keep up to date with the developments in your field and apply this knowledge adequately when advising customers. You are solution-oriented and able to work both as a team and independently. It goes without saying that you are neat and accurate in your work and that your production designs are made as optimally as possible.
Furthermore, you bring:
  • an Higher/Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics;

Naast 3D modelleren is voor de bouwonderneming ook de koppeling naar 4D (de planning) en 5D (de kosten) een noodzakelijke ontwikkeling. Een goede balans tussen werkkwaliteit en efficiëntie is voor jou belangrijk.

Taken die je als Modelleur U-Bouw uitvoert:

  • Het in teamverband onderzoeken en analyseren van technische vraagstukken
  • Het ontwerpen van bouwkundige 3D tekeningen over alle fasen van het bouwproject
  • Uitwerken van modelleerwerkzaamheden 
  • Het maken van aanvraag-, bestek- en werktekeningen voor projecten

What are you going to do as a Hardware Designer?
As Hardware Designer you will be part of the operational group within Neways Technologies and the Embedded Systems department. Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for the electronics part of the solutions: systems or products, which we develop and produce for and in consultation with our customers. In your position you fulfil an intermediary role between the customer and the department and frequent customer contact is a must. By asking the right questions you get the customer's wishes to the surface so that we can offer a solution that meets the customer's needs as closely as possible. From your professional adult role you are able to manage juniors in addition to your own work and teach them the tricks of the trade.
In this position, you will be working on a variety of projects in a project-based manner, with a wide variety of projects falling within your work package. You can think of projects within the automotive, industry, medical or semiconductor industry. Together with the project leader, you coordinate the planning and discuss the progress and deviations within the project and you are the one who draws the content of the project.

Functiebeschrijving

Als projectcoördinator ben je betrokken vanaf het allereerste initiatief tot aan de oplevering. Je doet de opname bij de klant, verzorgt de calculatie en de inkoop. Je stuurt de bouwpartners aan waaronder, de architect, constructeur, installateur, etc. Vervolgens verzorg je de werkvoorbereiding waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de uitvoerder / voorman. Deze functie betreft een echte allround functie die is ontstaan door groei in de projecten portefeuille. 


Functie-eisen

Functie-eisen:

  • Minimaal MBO-bouwkunde opleiding behaald;
  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring bij een bouwbedrijf in een functie als projectcoördinator of vergelijkbaar;
  • Bereidheid om te reizen en regelmatig op de projecten te zitten;
  • Klantgerichte en ondernemende grondhouding;
  • Woonachtig binnen een straal van 30 kilometer rondom Tilburg.

Functiebeschrijving

Als BIM Modelleur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige uitwerking van projecten in Revit. Van belang is dat je op vakinhoudelijk gebied communicatief sterk bent en gedreven bent om tekeningen binnen deadlines te realiseren. Taken die je uitvoert zijn onder andere:

  • Het in teamverband onderzoeken en analyseren van technische vraagstukken en dit vertalen naar een technische aanpak / oplossing;
  • Het 3D modelleren van het bouwkundig ontwerp in Revit Participeren in BIM-trajecten;
  • Technisch coördineren en verwerken van de door derden verstrekte gegevens in het bouwkundig ontwerp in elke fase;
  • Aanleveren en controleren van (deel)bestekstukken en tekeningen van derden;
  • Overleg met externe partijen (architectenbureau, gemeente, andere adviseurs).

  • Afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig;
  • Ervaring met Revit Architecture;
