Op de afdeling Omgevingsplannen begeleiden ze een verscheidenheid aan stedelijke ontwikkelingsprojecten. Daarnaast staat de afdeling voor een grote opgave, namelijk de transitie naar de nieuwe Omgevingswet. Hierbij liggen er veel kansen om beleidsthema’s die nu nog onderbelicht zijn (zoals duurzaamheid, klimaatadaptatie en kansengelijkheid) mee te nemen bij ontwikkelingen in de fysieke leefomgeving. Het betreft een functie voor 32-36 uur in de week. De functie is ingedeeld in gemeenteschaal 10A (min €3277,- en max €4831,- bruto per maand). De gemeente Zaanstad heeft de intentie om bij wederzijdse tevredenheid de aanstelling na een jaar om te zetten naar een vaste aanstelling.

Provide legal advice to executives on a variety of legal topics impacting the company
Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
Draft, review, negotiate and interpret a wide range of commercial agreements in support of various company department, including confidentiality agreements, vendor/supplier contracts, consulting agreements, master service agreements, manufacturing agreements, and licensing agreements

You Bring
10+ years’ experience in legal practice, both with a larger law firm and in-house experience in EMEA
Excellent organizational and planning skills with the capacity to simultaneously handle a variety of complex matters under strict deadlines and pressure
Ability to form strong working relationship with stakeholders and partners while maintaining firm adherence to legal standards
Experience in tangible goods and manufacturing company (automotive, consumer electronics, medical devices, etc.)
Responsive and service-oriented attitude
Experience with start-ups, ability to work both independently and cooperatively

CyberArk is seeking a full-time in-house legal counsel to join its Amsterdam office. This person will act as a trusted advisor on global privacy and data security matters. This position will report to CyberArk’s global Privacy Counsel.
Responsibilities:
Help maintain a global corporate data privacy program and compliance standards, appropriate for a leading cybersecurity company
Review/negotiate data protection terms and other privacy-related contract terms (such as sales, procurement and employment agreements)
Advise the business on legal requirements applicable to the management of personal information of individuals with whom the company interacts and on issues pertaining to the company’s products/services throughout the development lifecycle
Support cross-functional incident management processes in addressing suspected or actual data privacy and security incidents
