  • Drive continual improvement for the customer and their environment through trend analysis and working with internal sales to identify new opportunities
  • Review open cases, problems and changes communicating proper priority and direction to responsible ServiceNow teams to ensure a timely customer satisfying result
  • Act as an escalation point and advocate for critical customer issues. 
  • Understand and explain ServiceNow application, features and benefits as it relates to customer needs


In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

The successful candidate will have experience in a high-tech environment - preferably in the ITSM area - working at companies with large IT organizations utilizing ITIL best practices in complex, global deployments. Your experience should also include a successful track record in support management applying strong project and task-management abilities to meet your customer deliverables.  You are creative problem solver who has the ability to lead internal team in solving a customer issue.   

Essential:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The Training Content Developer is an enablement advocate. Formal Education and Certification

  • Four-year college degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Computer Science, Technical Education, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Learning and Development, or equivalent work experience

Required Experience

  • Work experience as a Technical Writer or Software Trainer preferably CPM software
  • Understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-Learning)

Onze medewerkers dragen bij aan het vinden van antwoorden op de uitdagingen van de wereld op het gebied van landbouw, gezond voedsel en de leefomgeving. Wij zoeken een ervaren jurist(e) met affiniteit voor onderzoek, gevoel voor belangen van (bedrijfsleven) partners in samenwerkingsprojecten en een oplossingsgerichte instelling. Binnen de Plant Sciences Group (PSG) van WUR ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor directie PSG m.b.t. juridische aangelegenheden.
Je stuurt op hoofdlijnen het juridisch team aan, wat naast jou bestaat uit 4 andere juristen en 2 collega’s die het contractmanagement voor hun rekening nemen. Je collega’s en jij zijn verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en beoordelen van diverse soorten contracten en overige juridische documenten in samenspraak met projectleiders, business developers, samenwerkingspartners en financiers. Tevens adviseren je collega’s en jij business unit managers, leerstoelhouders, projectleiders en directie PSG over  juridische aspecten op een breed terrein, zoals aansprakelijkheid, contractenrecht, intellectueel eigendomsrecht, privacy en data, en subsidieregelingen.
Je belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
  • Opstellen en beoordelen van diverse soorten contracten en overige juridische documenten in samenspraak met projectleiders, samenwerkingspartners en financiers.
  • Samen met business unit managers, leerstoelhouders en/of business developers voeren van contractonderhandelingen met de opdrachtgever.
  • Begeleiden van juridische geschillen en/of claims in samenspraak met de directie en onze (externe) advocaat.
  • Geven van juridische adviezen bij inschrijvingen op (internationale) aanbestedingen en bij gehonoreerde projectaanvragen van diverse (inter-)nationale subsidieprogramma’s;
  • Het (mede) ontwikkelen en onderhouden van juridische formats zoals algemene voorwaarden en modelovereenkomsten.
  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van juridisch beleid en namens de Plant Sciences Group participeren in het Strategisch Overleg Legal van Wageningen University & Research.

Functie-eisen
  • een afgeronde opleiding Nederlands Recht en minimaal 8 jaar relevante werkervaring in een complexe (onderzoeks-)organisatie;

About the team

This is a senior role in the finance team of GroupM NL reporting into the CFO of GroupM NL. The role will work closely with GroupM departments, the commercial leads within the  Agency and Specialist companies.

Overview of role

The role is for a sole lawyer based in the Amsterdam, Netherlands office, who will assist with legal matters across GroupM and all of its agencies/specialists. This role reports directly into GroupM NL’s  CFO working closely with GroupM’s Global General Counsel. Much of the work will be in supporting on commercial matters, technology and IP.  Other commercial/advisory work may be required from time to time. The work will comprise a significant proportion of contract drafting and negotiation but will also encompass a range of advice to the business on legal issues arising in relation to our technologies, data usage and data privacy as well as other commercial issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and assisting the commercial team with negotiating global client services agreements
  • Assisting the commercial team in understanding legal developments
  • Working with key stakeholders in the business to manage risk in new and emerging products and services
  • Drafting and negotiating supplier agreements, technology licenses, data processing agreements, IP matters and non-disclosure agreements
  • Assisting the business in ensuring ongoing compliance with agreed contractual terms and working on ad hoc projects to improve efficiencies/compliance across the business

 Candidate must have:

  • Compliance associated with local law
    • In cooperation with Privacy Operations, develop and manage processes and procedures for identification and implementation of new legal requirements relating to data protection and privacy impacting Medtronic businesses.     • As requested, support execution of a risk based annual plan and routine reporting that is approved by Chief Privacy Counsel. This plan addresses, at a minimum, key Program activities and enhancements, department or organizational commitments, and program based mitigation projects anticipated by the Global Program leadership; resources, prioritization and budget implications will be identified in development of the plan;
    • As requested, support periodic internal Program assessment that results in program enhancement, mitigation and remediation activities as appropriate;

Qualifications


Education Required & Years of Experience

  • Law Degree from a well-regarded and accredited university and a minimum of 12+ years as a practicing lawyer with specific experience in data protection/privacy requirements, laws and regulations in the EEA, UK or Switzerland; 7+ years of managerial experience; and 3+ years in comparable program leader role with privacy strategy and experience in privacy or operations within a global, multi businesses and services organization
Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required
  • Knowledge of and experience providing legal advice and business solutions relating to EU data protection and privacy laws and regulations – with specific expertise relating to health data requirements;
  • Experience providing legal advice, support and business solutions for a data protection, privacy, security, or equivalent function directly or indirectly for a large, regulated and matrixed organization;
  • Prior compliance oversight of complex systems responsibilities preferred, as well as experience in the healthcare industry (particularly medical devices).
  • Prior success in effectively identifying, assessing and prioritizing compliance-related risks, such as through risk assessment, policies & procedures, training, monitoring, and remediation actions.
