  • Achieve the microbiology & diagnostics commercial goals set out for the Northern European region (United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Scandinavia and Baltics) by managing & supporting the activities of the existing commercial teams within these countries.
  • Planning, organizing, coordinating and executing his/her strategies based on product & market goals. Efforts shall include working with the team to locate and identifying new potential customers & markets, evaluating worth of their potential, making sales strategy for each sales representative/Country, drive their sales success of company's products and most importantly helping them securing orders.
  • Establishing and maintaining a professional competence with latest sales methods and techniques. Train the commercial team to apply these successfully to their territories. Where necessary, adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Effective communicating on progress on commercial goals to the Commercial Operations Manager EMEA, and coordinate together on strategy and adaptations.
  • Be an advocate for our commercial team inside Bruker, help them to maximize their success in selling our products and services. This includes for example being the contact the between factory and team to solve problems or delegate follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the application specialist within your team to address local support needs and priorities of the customer base, as well as commercial goals.
  • Regular evaluations of the team members performance, skills and achievements. Establish and maintain effective personal relations with each your team members to stimulate team spirit, commercial attitude and shared responsibility.
  • Follow-up with the commercial team on Leads submitted to them and maintain a crisp picture within the CRM database. Submitting weekly expense reports, monthly opportunity/territory status reports (including won/lost sales data), quarterly long-range forecasts, and other reports as requested on a timely basis.
  • Cooperating with the marketing colleagues in preparation of proposals for special products, and gathering of customer, market and competitive data, mailing, etc.
  • Participation in local trade shows as requested, approve marketing support for such with Channel Partners.

  • Superior education (Bachelor or Master’s Degree or similar graduation) in Microbiology, Molecular Biology or Sales and Business.
  • At least four (4) years previous experience in selling complex, capital investments, consumables that requiring intensive technical understanding, preferable in the field of microbiology and diagnostics.
  • Must have excellent customer-relation and communication skills, and the ability to make timely and effective decisions. Must have experience with working together with multiple facets (incl. non-commercial) of an organization to achieve common goals.

Amazon Channel Manager Europe

Further build Perrigo CSCI Amazon centre of excellence to help local teams in Europe growing sales ahead of the market at Amazon. Grow faster than categories at Amazon.

The role:

  • Build strategic plan for Amazon accounts with local teams in UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, TR, NL
    • Digital shelf
    • Marketing
    • Trade terms
  • Build operational Amazon capabilities: Vendor Central, AMS
    • Managing SKU data
    • Managing campaigns
    • ARA Premium business intelligence
  • Build bridge between EUR board/Local MTs and operational teams

Candidate profile

  • Highly self-motivated
  • Curious, fast learner
  • Both hands-on as well as strategic
  • Get things done
  • Top analytical skills, eye for detail
  • Lead by example
  • Full time to do both operational tasks and also have time to set-up strategic joint business plans
  • Social skills: manage local teams from distance, connect with both management team level as well as operational level
  • Amazon experience: either worked at Amazon or as specialist at agency
