Wat ga ik doen als huishoudelijke hulp?

Je werkt bij particulieren thuis. De werkzaamheden zijn afhankelijk van de wensenvan de klant. Vaak verricht je schoonmaakwerk bij de klant thuis: stofzuigen, stoffen, badkamer en toilet poetsen, wassen, strijken, bedden opmaken. Andere kleinere taken in en om huis zijn ook mogelijk.

About the role:

You will be working with Marketing, the Sales Organisation and other business development representatives on various strategies to make sure that we will always get a foot in the door of key accounts and enterprise clients. You will have your individual targets, but you will also be a valuable member of a larger sales team and that means you will truly learn and master the art of tech sales in a fast growing environment of a scale-up.

Collaborating closely with Marketing on periodic campaigns, you will be helping to craft effective strategies to target specific accounts and markets. But, that's not all. You will also actively qualify interested opportunities leveraging the power of solutions selling. You will be the very first contact for our new clients who will later become our biggest enterprise champions.

Who you are:

• You have a proven ability to exceed KPIs in previous (ideally BDR/SDR) positions 
• You are results-driven
• You have a strong desire to pursue a career in Sales
• You are ambitious and prepared to put in the hours to deliver top-end results for our sales team
• You are fluent in French and English; any additional languages you speak will be a strong plus
• You are a team player who is unfazed in handling conversations with senior stakeholders
• SaaS experience is a strong advantage
• CRM Experience; Hubspot, Salesforce etc. is an advantage

Our People & Culture team is looking for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Intern with a driven personality, hands-on approach, love for pushing existing boundaries, and an eagerness to learn. The People & Culture team is responsible for all people-related matters within Fixico. We are involved in all steps of the employee journey; from creating job postings to interviewing candidates and on-boarding new employees to performance management. Next to all recruitment matters, you will also play an important role in our employer branding activities.

• Assist with creative employer branding strategies and campaigns
• Responsible for drafting and updating our job postings and Social Media channels
• Campus Recruitment: grow our network by contacting universities and other parties to set-up collaborations and promote our job openings
• Sourcing candidates for open positions 
• Assist in making sure the recruitment and hiring process runs smoothly

Als magazijn medewerker werk je dagelijks mee in het overslagpunt van het magazijn. Er wordt gewerkt in twee ploegen waarbij je zo efficiënt mogelijk aan de slag gaat met orders picken, laden en lossen van de vrachtwagen, controleren van de goederen en diverse andere voorkomende werkzaamheden. Er wordt hard gewerkt in een informele setting.
Ervaring op het gebied van expeditiewerkzaamheden is een pré.

Belangrijk is dat je het niet erg vind om nachtdiensten te draaien. Je werkdag begint namelijk om 02:00 en je zal om 07:30 klaar zijn.

Prima salaris tussen de € 10,74 en € 15,37 per uur (afhankelijk van ervaring)
Extra toeslagen: 25% tussen 20.00 en 23.00 uur 50% tussen 23.00 en 05.00 uur 25% tussen 05.00 en 06.00 uur
