Come join our newly created Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise and play a vital role in bringing the right Talent to Bunge across Europe! 

We’re a passionate Talent Acquisition team managing the recruitment across the broader Europe region, working closely together with our colleagues across the Globe. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition team member to join our team in the Netherlands (Zaandam). Are you an experienced recruiter across professions in the broadest sense of the word, such as Sales, Finance, Engineering, Innovation, Technology, you name it... and used to recruit across the border? Then this role will trigger your senses! As a leading company in Agri trading and plant-based food solutions we are well known in our market and have wonderful roles to offer at all levels.  


In this role you are responsible for managing the full life cycle of the Talent Acquisition process, from role specification through the employment offer and onboarding in the region. You make sure that you have enough candidates in the pipeline to ensure successful processes and you are able to develop long-term trusted relationships with talents in our market, ensuring a hospitable candidate journey and experience. Active sourcing and guiding of candidates, along with great internal stakeholder management and working together as a team with your Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners are an important part of your daily mission. 


Next to succesfully hiring the right talent, you are up to date with the latest tools and bring knowledge about new recruitment technologies. In order to make sure candidate can find us as a preferred Employer in our industry, You will play an active role in employer branding and other projects to optimize our Talent Acquisition CoE’s processes and activities. 


What you bring to the role 

Enthusiasm, passion for our profession and a keen interest in our industry are key. You have a BSc level of education and brings at least 4-8 years of relevant experience. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English, and if you bring an extra language, that would be great! You act comfortable across all levels in an organisation (complex matrix) and across countries and cultures and have a keen understanding of the differences between the variety of roles.


Other desired skills:
•    Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing and interview techniques and evaluation methods (Predictive Index is beneficial)
•    Sourcing/headhunting skills
•    Knowledge of social media, CV databases and professional networks (Linkedin recruiter seat is required).
•    Convincing and positive personality
•    Organizational skills and sensitivity competences
•    Proactive, hands-on, service and results driven
•    ATS experience (preferably SuccessFactors)
