Within the Business Unit Innovative Medicines we are looking for a commercial talent for the position of Product Manager , Multi-Channel Management

In this role, you are responsible for leading the Multichannel Strategy for the Innovative Medicines Business Unit. Focus on Eliquis and Zeposia. Other indications/brands might be applicable in near future.

The landscape of anticoagulant care in the Netherlands is rapidly changing. The change is due to the increased upcoming of the class of DOAC’S to which Eliquis belongs. This restructure involves adaption by multiple stakeholders f.i.; physicians, health care organizations, pharmacists, thrombosis clinics, health insurance companies, government and patient organizations.

We need a product manager that can further lead the Eliquis team through innovative ways of creating touch points with customers and with that establish an optimal customer journey. You will be working closely together with the other product managers and multichannel managers within the Alliance (co-promotion with Pfizer). We need you to be an expert in translating innovative ways of approaching our customers to our customer facing teams and be the advocate of an integrated multi-channel approach in order to further improve Key Account Management.

Part of your responsibility will also be on Zeposia, a launch brand in Multiple Sclerosis. Currently activity should be 75% Eliquis and 25% Zeposia but this might change.

You will report directly to the Business Unit Director.

Key responsibilities

+ Develop and implement a fully integrated multichannel strategy

+ increase our points of contact with customers

+ share content

+ optimize current digital strategy and activities

+ in close collaboration with the multichannel marketer of our Alliance partner

+ In close collaboration with the BMS Neurology team

+ Develop impactful and persuasive marketing and communication strategies towards the target audience (physicians, consumers, payers and other stakeholders).

+ Establish and implement a national cross-functional digital commercialization plan in close collaboration with other CV and MS marketer, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Market Access

+ Establish strong working relationships with key customers (HCP, and HCO organizations)

+ Seek in-depth information from customers in order to thoroughly understand their needs (cardiologist, general practitioners, VKA clinics, neurologists, education platforms etc.)

+ Work in accordance to BMS processes and procedures regarding digital marketing

+ Share state of the art digital possibilities with internal stakeholders in order to innovate and speed up above mentioned processes and procedures.

+ Increase internal multichannel and digital capabilities

Desired experience and skills

+ Master or bachelor in science

+ Proven capabilities by education or experience in digital and IT

+ Technical IT skillset, experienced in working with different IT systems

+ Experienced and proven track record in developing and implementing a multi-channel marketing strategy with focus on customer journey and customer satisfaction within pharma

+ Enthusiasm, positive energy and a can-do mindset

+ Demonstrates accountability and ability to work autonomously

+ Flexible team-player who is able to lead the team through change

+ Clear, logical and concise communication in a variety of settings

+ Ability to work effectively in complex matrix and changing environment with strict regulations

+ Experience with developing and implementing a commercial plan (i.e. territory plan, marketing plan)

+ Understanding of the promotional mix integration

+ Excellent (verbal & written) communication skills, ability to adapt communication style and content to a wide variety of audiences

+ Fluent in Dutch and English language (verbal and written)
