Job Description Manage direct and in-direct sales of Protective Packaging solutions and relationships with existing customers and Channel Partners. Develop opportunities for new business from the existing customers and potential new customers in his/her markets area. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage, develop and increase existing business, maintaining long term relationships with distributors and/or end customers maximizing sales opportunities within their assigned areas Achieve assigned sales targets for the area of responsibility Liaise with the technical service department Be able to exploit all opportunities that the market offers, define, create and implement effective strategies and actions. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction that meet the company's profitability standards. Possess exceptional communication skills that work in one's favor, especially in customer acquisition. Focus on the growth and development of existing customers, together with the generation of new business. Manage the sales process, including partnership development, forecasting, value proposition and contract management. Work closely with the Packaging Development Centre Laboratory team on customized customer solutions. Act as a key role between the customer and all relevant internal divisions and functions.
