Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

  • Realizing volume objectives, revenue and profit contribution for assigned accounts, prospects and wholesalers,

  • Building and maintaining relationship with your clients,

  • Familiarize yourself with the business of your prospects and know how to convert them into customers,

  • Generating new business and concluding contracts with new accounts,

  • Being a consultant for our Professional products and therefor have knowledge of our complete range of products and our working methods.

  • Recognizing the movements and trends in the market, and you respond to the needs of the customer.

  • Management of relevant information about the market, competition, DMU, marketing and sales activities and making this information accessible in the sales information system

  • Effective collaboration within the Benelux/ Nordic Sales team and with relevant Customer Service and Marketing Team.

The Team

As a Sales Representative for the Netherlands, you will be a part of a dynamic Benelux/ Nordic Sales team within a fast paced and commercial environment. You will work independently for your own client portfolio with clear guidelines and targets. You work together with other disciplines such as Marketing, Sales Support and Customer Services to work together effectively in the market.

Your profile criteria:

  • Bachelor graduate

  • 2-4 years of successful sales experience within (preferable) the FMCG market

  • Able to work independently within a team

  • Know how to build relationships and have the right negotiation and advising skills.

  • Able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness and have knowledge of budgets and cost control

  • Fluent (writing and verbally) in Dutch and English (plus French is an advantage) to communicate effectively within our organization and with our customers.

  • A large dose of enthusiasm for our K-C Professional products should not be missed
