The Business and Training Analyst II will be responsible for project management, coordination and continuous improvement for an assigned region or team. In this role, you will provide specialized knowledge within processes, systems and strategies. You will support the development and monitoring of key data to drive a positive customer experience, focused on accuracy, efficiency, productivity and internal controls and ensure teams have the knowledge to deliver excellent results.


  • Develop and deploy best practices across location and promote continuous improvement through consultation with teams.
  • Participate in project design, monitoring project progress, providing solutions to variances, handling project documents, developing communication and training plans, and delivering communication and training across the nation.
  • Maintain and update required analytical data.
  • Assist in the development and execution of a consistent and sustainable approach for onboarding and training on end to end administrative processes including necessary system functionality.
  • Ensure procedures, process maps and user guides are current, accurate and maintained.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned




  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Confirmed data analysis skills
  • Knowledge of training systems and methodologies
  • Experience planning, monitoring and managing projects from initiation to completion
  • Experience anticipating issues, problem solving and implementing solutions and improving efficiency, quality, cost and productivity
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience


  • Knowledge and direct experience with related database systems
