As a Demand Planner you are responsible for developing and driving customer- demand plans to enable the market to meet Sales & Service objectives. You support the Market S&OP process with Management, Sales, Marketing and Finance to underpin the Financial Forecast and you continuously adapt and optimize the demand plans & processes in line with customer & product dynamics.

What you’ll do
Drive the pulse with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver excellent forecast accuracy as key enabler for realizing customer satisfaction and inventory objectives
Analyze history, trends and prepare account/commercial team/channel sales plans aligned with sales bottom-up vision, marketing insights, finance targets/latest view and Supply Planning capabilities to deliver the demand plan in the Benelux
Maintain 18 month rolling 12nc quantity forecast making timely changes to the plans to manage business risks
Execute the POPI process for planning in the Market in close cooperation with Sales Support, Sales and Marketing
Ensuring close co-operation with Sales Support and Sales on short and medium term business planning to realize customer satisfaction and inventory objectives.
Ensuring close co-operation with Marketing and Business Management on medium and long term business planning to deliver growth objectives
Control sales plan fulfillment and act as 1st escalation level towards supply where required
Monitor excess stock and phase(d) out stock development and proactively supports the necessary actions to reduce/prevent SLOMO.
Participate/Lead continuous improvement initiatives to support better results in forecast accuracy, NPS (order delivery & customer service), delivery performance & inventory levels
A Bachelor’s degree with > 5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with > 3 years of related experience in a high tech company
You are results driven, very structured and you have a strong sense of ownership
Team player and able to work in a cross functional project team and you have good people influencing skills
Fluent in English & Dutch (French is pro)
Communicate impactful, but customer focused
High energy level and implementing continuous improvement
Analytical skills combined with hands-on mentality
You are a great team player and self-propelling
