Calvin Klein Underwear, the only global designer underwear brand, is a highly successful division at PVH Europe with huge opportunity for further growth. A market leader already in most territories, the strategy going forward is to both maintain and gain further leadership positioning, with focus on developing further the lifestyle element.

This division consists of the following teams:

+ Merchandising – Responsible for the planning and implementation of a successful product merchandising strategy that meets the territory specific product requirements and delivers on the margin targets

+ Planning – Drivers of the monthly demand forecasting for the replenishment business and managing the fashion projections for wholesale with responsibility for the placing and tracking of the buys for the entire full price businesses.

+ Planning and Control – Act as the interface between the division, Central Operations and Finance to ensure that all divisional and financial targets are achieved

+ Sales – Key contact to support all country sales teams with presenting the collection, support key account meetings and ensure effective and consistent communication between division, country sales and retail.


A management role responsible for the development and implementation of all regional merchandising strategies for Calvin Klein Men's Underwear. This position reports directly into the Merchandising Director and is the key product representative for the region and for all full price channels. The creation of seasonal merchandising plans which include both new basic and seasonal product, a strong knowledge of the specific product requirements of each country and ensuring that all product strategies are executed accordingly are key responsibilities for this role. Since this position is the regional merchandising delegate the candidate must possess strong analytical skills as well as communication, negotiation and influencing skills to satisfy the regional needs as well as to respect the synergy of the global product development process.


+ Be the product specialist for the European region and the point of contact for product for all channels

+ Create seasonal strategy and merchandising plans with support of Merchandising Director and follow execution to assure overall growth and margin targets are met

+ Ensure product strategies are being communicated to the relevant markets and ensure launches are correctly supported

+ Own seasonal projections and pricing for fashion and new launches

+ Partner with Planning/Forecasting and Global Merchandising on all pre-market buying commitments

+ Liaise with other departments such as Retail, Marketing and Visual Merchandising

+ Provide mentorship, and guidance to the Merchandiser

+ Conduct research related to product, competitors, market and consumer trends


+ BA Degree or better in a Fashion Merchandising or a related field

+ Minimum 5 years work experience

+ Excellent organizational, communication and negotiating skills necessary

+ High level of accuracy and analytical skills

+ Excellent English communication written and verbal

+ Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

+ Excellent computer skills including Excel ,Power Point, Adobe Illustrator is a plus

+ Brand ambassador / passionate about the product

+ Team player, global mindset, strong interest in fashion and market trends

+ Living in the surroundings of Amsterdam or willing to relocate to the Netherlands

+ Able to travel abroad for work
