The Centerof Expertise Finance organization at Medtronic Netherlands is divided invarious departments consisting of a fast-growing number of specialists. Theyoffer support in all financial key process such as Financial Planning &Control, Order to Deliver, Order to Invoice, Sales and Expense Management andSystem Solutions. These departments offer their service to more than 20countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The teams drive operations, solveproblems, improve processes and ensure compliance.



A Dayin the Life


Within the Order to Invoice team we are coordinating andmanaging all financial aspects of the sales cycle in our region, includingrebates, revenue recognition, new sales models, sales & product structures,sales reporting and sales incentives calculations & accruals.


In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for salesincentives.



You will participate in simplifying and optimizing allprocesses around sales incentives for the EMEA region.


Main duties and responsibilities are:


§Alternateproduct & entity hierarchies


§Partnerwith the business to understand their go to market strategies and translate thisinto sales incentive plan design


§Salesincentive plan assignment


§Salestarget setting


§Administrationand validation of performance data, including manual adjustment and manualmetric governance


§Salesincentive forecasting, accruals, reconciliation and expense reporting


§Provideanalytics on SIP design effectiveness


§Systemimprovements / building new capabilities


§Expansionopportunities (new regions/businesses, different employee types)



You will closely liaise with other value streams, includingregion/business finance, commercial excellence, business intelligence and HR.



Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE


§RelevantBachelor or Master Degree in Finance


§0-4 yearsrelevant working experience in sales operations.


§Perfectcommand of English, written and spoken


§Experiencewith an ERP system (preferably )


§Advanceduser MS Office (Excel, Access)

You are result and quality orientated.You are strong in mastering and visualizing complex end to end processes andunderstand the connects between data elements. You are flexible and supportiveto change. You have astrong affinity with systems.
