The assistant controller is responsible for assisting in the month-end close and supporting Finance management team with financial analysis and annual audit for all KORE global entities.

  • Prepare month-end close and analysis for global reporting entities
  • Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and investigate reconciling items for sections such as:
  • Accruals
  • Fixed Assets/Intangibles
  • Inventory
  • Prepaid(s)
  • Payrolls
  • Investigate and analyze variances and provide commentary to management
  • Assist with annual financial audit and notes
  • Assist with preparation of quarterly and annual Management and Board reports
  • Assist with various internal controls initiatives and projects
  • Perform other finance duties and participate in special projects as required
  • Perform entries in ERP system
  • Back up for financial accountants
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting requests
  • Assist with tax reporting
  • Perform the payroll the Dutch employees
  • Maintain contact with external payroll service agencies
  • Maintain contact with bank, suppliers and customers


  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Well-organized
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Advanced analytical skills and easy adaptation to changing business environments


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5 years of Finance/Accounting experience
  • Experience with multi-currencies and multi-national reporting
  • 1-2 years’ supervisory experience
