Are you looking for a job as Office Manager which allows you to be hands-on involved in a Fintech company?

SimpledCard is a fast growing Fintech organisation that helps more than 600 medium to large organisations with an innovative payment solution for business expenses. Our Amsterdam office is beautifully located in the city centre near Central Station. We also have offices in Budapest and Munich. You will work in a young, international, ambitious and above all sociable team of 40 colleagues.

As our Office Manager you will:

  • Define and drive initiatives that make our company a great place to work, like organizing fun events for our colleagues, locally in Amsterdam and across all offices.
  • Take up typical office manager tasks like supporting managers, ordering office supplies and managing local suppliers.
  • Take up HR administrative tasks, manage the recruitment processes and do other administrative tasks for our Amsterdam office.
  • You are the first point of contact regarding office-related questions.

You are:

  • High on energy! You enjoy doing something extra for your colleagues.
  • Dutch speaker at native level
  • Great in organizing fun events and you know how to set priorities.
  • Good in multitasking and you got outstanding organizational skills.
  • You have an eye for detail and a creative mind.
  • Your English is at a professional level.
  • You are experienced with Microsoft Office.
  • Self starter, well organized.
  • Excited to work with colleagues in different locations.
